HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook Clear Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Pittsburgh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
