HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Pine Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Savannah. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
