HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Ivory Banking Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
