HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Highbridge Kestrel Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
