HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Lumen Keystone Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Virginia Beach, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
