HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Loom Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
