HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Amberfield Vista Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
