HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Rowan Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
