HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Harborlight Ridge Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Albuquerque producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 947 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
