HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Technologies and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
