HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Redstone Beacon Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
