HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Lumen Beacon Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
