HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Highbridge Haven Learning Group is an education provider in Jacksonville serving students and families. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
