HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bright Vale Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
