HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath Drift Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Hartford. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 707 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
