HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Haven Auto Group is a Rochester company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
