HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Northwind Mill Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Raleigh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
