HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Fernwood Willow Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Spokane, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
