HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Ironwood Mill Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around El Paso. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
