HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook Stone Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
