HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath Cedar Legal Group provides legal services in Fort Worth across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
