HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Portland, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
