HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Jackson. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
