HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Northwind Rook Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Atlanta, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 976 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
