HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bluepeak Vista Staffing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
