HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Redstone Ridge Medical designs and makes medical devices in Phoenix, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 239 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
