HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Summit Amber Community Partners Group is a Jacksonville charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
