HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath Bridge Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Little Rock, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
