HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bluepeak Lantern Markets is a Atlanta retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
