HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Rook Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
