HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Pike Construction is a Dallas contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
