HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Maple Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 675 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
