HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Lumen Haven Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Philadelphia, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
