HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Redstone Loom Medical designs and makes medical devices in Little Rock, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
