HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Rowan Foods Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
