HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Summit Kestrel Community Partners Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 432 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
