HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Redstone Ridge Medical Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
