HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook Willow Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
