HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Greenridge Granite Manufacturing makes precision components in Birmingham. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
