HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Lumen Rowan Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Miami area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 645 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
