HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Cross Health Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
