HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Maple Staffing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
