HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Fox Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
