HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook Pike Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
