HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Amberfield Forge Energy is an energy provider in El Paso focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
