HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Cedar Forge Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Salt Lake City. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
