HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge North Manufacturing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
