HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Greenridge Quarry Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Spokane. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
