HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Kestrel Manufacturing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
