HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Greenridge Field Press Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 153 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on bindery work. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
